The tar file "code.tar" contains the following text files:

overlap.c	- C code to read two 256x256 16-bit image files and
		  calculate the 'overlap' of two mask images (the
		  number of pixels with a given value at the same
		  location in both images divided by the number of
		  pixels with that value in either image).
