Brain Segmentation in MRI

Brain segmentation in magnetic resonance images is the delineation of neuroanatomical structures; outlines of brain structures can be drawn on images to indicate the extents of those structures.  In general, this is a very difficult and time-consuming process.

This WWW document is meant to be a place to focus an open discussion of segmentation of MR brain images and related topics. If you would like to contribute your ideas, please do. Click here to email your suggestions, comments, ideas and similar or related web page URLs.
